Finally, some thoughts on limited companies...

First and foremost, these are not for everyone by any means. However, it is possible to get paid dividends as a company director which aren't subject to NI contributions, so for some there will be money to be saved. Also, if you incorporate an established sole tradership, you can have it valued and transfer the good will into the new limited version of the same thing. In some cases this can give rise to a very significant tax credit. However, as we say, unless we know you, we won't know what's best for you, so pop in for a coffee and a chat.
