Book keeping
There are paper systems and software packages notably sage and quickbooks which enable you to do your book keeping and day to day accounts as often as you like. At Discountants, we offer a full book keeping service and we can process your paperwork at your premises or at our offices, whichever is best. Charges are very reasonable and we use AAT qualified staff and allocate a particular individual to each client so that they get to know in detail how your business works.
Our own DO software is evolving in its own right to be able to format and print invoices and keep ledgers. As it emails information to our own computers as you use it, it means that your accounts data will be already here ready to prepare your year end accounts when the time comes. This will help keep charges to a minimum.
If you struggle to find the enthusiasm to do your book keeping but don't have enough paperwork or can't afford a book keeper then use DO in conjunction with our two bags and a rule system. Basically, you can spend the year stuffing all your paperwork into a big bag and we will still be ready to process your accounts at the end of it!
